We offer friendly terms for artist vendors looking to sell their goods in commercial retail space.
Space rental fee is $25 per month & commission fee is 20% of sales. Contact us for info on terms and approval process.
Artists can teach sign up to teach classes even if not a vendor in the retail space. Commission & fees are decided on a case by case basis.
Room & space rentals are available in our facility for private art lessons and events.
